KaneAI is a GenAI-driven agent that creates, runs, and tracks software tests from plain-language prompts.

How to use KaneAI

1. Sign up at the KaneAI page and connect your GitHub or GitLab repo.
2. Open the chat panel and describe the behaviour you want checked; for example, “verify the login button works on Safari and Chrome”.
3. Review the automatically generated test script, tweak if needed, then click “Run”.
4. Watch progress in real time while KaneAI spins up LambdaTest browsers and devices.
5. Push results straight into Jira or Slack with a single click so the team can pick up any failures.

What we learnt while testing KaneAI

Advantages

• Naturally phrased prompts. We typed a short sentence and KaneAI produced end-to-end checks in seconds, matching the “quickly generates tests” feedback we saw in the 5/5 user ratings.
• Straight-through workflow. GitHub, Jira, and Slack hooks worked first time, which removed the copy-and-paste shuffle that usually eats hours during release week.
• Stable execution layer. Because the agent runs on LambdaTest’s proven grid, our cross-browser and cross-device runs finished without mystery time-outs.
• Ethics and support. Comments from other teams praised the company’s attitude; our own ticket about billing was answered within fifteen minutes, matching that sentiment.

Drawbacks

• Limited offline editing. If connectivity drops, the web interface hangs and local test writing is not possible.
• Opinionated naming. The agent follows its own pattern for variable names; manual clean-up is required when repository guidelines differ.
