PromptFolder is a browser-based cabinet for saving, organising, and sharing AI prompts.
I spent the past fortnight moving every prompt I had scattered across Google Docs, Slack threads, and sticky notes into PromptFolder, and the difference was immediate. The interface feels similar to Trello, so I could scan dozens of cards without hunting through endless menus. Real-time search located specific prompts by keyword even in bulky collections, and colour tags made topic grouping simple. Importantly, the share link feature allowed me to hand a marketing prompt pack to a client without exposing unrelated work. While the core feature set is straightforward, small extras such as shortcut keys and version history nudged the experience from decent to genuinely helpful.
PromptFolder turned my messy prompt archives into a tidy, searchable library with hardly any setup, and the sharing system simplified client hand-offs. A couple of hiccups—particularly on phone screens and during giant imports—remind me the product is still maturing, yet the overall convenience has already earned it a permanent browser tab on my desktop.
