How to use PromptFolder

1. Sign up at PromptFolder with a Google, Apple, or e-mail account.
2. Create your first folder and give it a clear title that matches the project you are running.
3. Paste or type a prompt into the editor, pick a colour tag, then press “Save”.
4. Drag-and-drop the card into the right folder or apply multiple tags for cross-reference.
5. Hit the share icon when you want to send a read-only link to a colleague.
6. Install the Chrome extension if you need one-click capture while working inside ChatGPT.
7. Visit “Settings” to toggle automatic cloud backups and enable dark mode.

What stood out during our time with PromptFolder

I spent the past fortnight moving every prompt I had scattered across Google Docs, Slack threads, and sticky notes into PromptFolder, and the difference was immediate. • No offline editing: Aeroplane mode locks the workspace; I could only view cached text.

Closing thoughts
